Shipping Costs and Destinations
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Cost of shipping will be based upon the size and weight of the order plus handling and insurance/registration (where applicable).
We will attempt to combine shipping as best as possible to reduce shipping costs for you.
We offer free shipping for Bows only over $500* to a valid street address via courier (Not available for non-courier shipping services).
* This offer may not apply where remote locations are listed as the delivery address, standard services may not be available to those locations. Bows under $500 could be subject to postage costs. Bow cases, targets and other large/heavy items are also subject to freight cost. Once costing has been done, we will contact you regarding the freight fees.
We only ship online orders within Australia. We do not ship online orders Internationally. If you require an international shipment, please contact the shop to discuss your order further.
Delivery and Order Processing Timeframes
We will attempt to process and ship deliveries within 1 to 2 business days when items are in stock.
When ordering a bow, it is highly recommended that you call us prior to confirm the bow is in stock for the specifications you desire.
Orders can be placed and the expected delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks if a bow is not in stock and we need to source it from an International supplier. If you have placed an order for a bow which is not in stock, we will give you a call to discuss ordering options. Upon checkout, there is a small box where you can enter all your specs.
We use Australia Post, Startrack Express and Couriers Please as our primary means of delivery. Delivery times may vary from 1 to 10 business days depending upon the service chosen and your location within Australia. With regards to Ausposts Express service, this is guaranteed overnight service for locations within the Auspost network. Please clarify that your postcode is applicable for the overnight service. If it is not, the package will be sent via the fastest channel within their network.
Tracking numbers may be available for your order depending upon service chosen.
Customer Service Policy
If for any reason we are unable to process your order, we will attempt to notify you within two business days using details provided in your registration.
Should items be not available or if other issues arise related to your order, we are able to offer a full refund, exchange of goods to the same value or backorder the requested item(s).
Please ensure your registered contact details are correct and up to date (working phone number preferred).
We attempt to ensure that prices online are correct and current and that stock availability is as up to date as possible.

We do not offer a refund if you choose incorrectly or change your mind on your order or provide incorrect information at time of ordering (e.g. as arrow length or draw length)
Where goods are faulty, are not as described, and/or do not function as intended, we are able to offer an exchange of goods or store credit.
If goods require return to the store, please contact us on (02) 9682 3080 before returning the goods to obtain a returns authoirsation.
Benson Archery Warehouse is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters and mailouts and to personalise your shopping experience with us; thats all.
This unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address", and is sent automatically each time you access any internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographical location of that computer but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keek a record of the IP addresses from which users access oour site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for secruity purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
Security Policy for Credit Cards and Online Payment Methods
Your credit card details are secured by 128-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card details in any way - they are transmitted securely to our payment processing provider. If you have any questions regarding our security policy or feel that your card details may be compromised, please contact us.
Benson Archery Warehouse does not have a shooting range within the shop.
If you require a location to shoot, you may wish to visit Sydney Olympic Park Archery Centre, or find your nearest club. You can find clubs listed with Archery Australia, the Australian Bowhunters Association, or the 3D Archery Association of Australia. Please note, individual clubs and organisations may have different policies regarding what equipment will be suitable and permitted for use within their facilities and membership. Please enquire with each individual club regarding this matter.
